PREHOSPITAL TRAUMA LIFE SUPPORT (PHTLS)

Registration Fee - Fees are due upon registration. Full Course $300 (Refresher $90) per person. This course is now eligible for funding through the EMT Training Fund for NJ Certified volunteer EMTs. There is no charge to eligible members of volunteer first aid squads with the submission of a properly completed EMT Training Fund Certificate of Eligibility form. If it is necessary to cancel your registration, substitutes will be accepted at any time prior to the start of the course. EMT's registering with the Training Fund Certificateof Eligibility form will be responsible for full payment if the above cancellation policy is not followed.

Capital Health System Employee - Please contact our office for details regarding the cost of the course and materials for Capital Health System employees.

Prerequisites - Please include copies of your current EMS certifications (EMT, MICP, etc.) with your application.

Refunds / Cancellations - Registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received prior to 14 days before the first day of the course. No refunds will be applicable to any cancellations received less than 14 days before the course or for no-shows. Substitutions will be accepted at any time prior to the start of the course. Those who do not attend & have
registered will also be responsible for full payment. Employees must
submit a 50% refundable deposit with attendance at the class.

Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support courses are held at our Emergency Services Training Center at 65 Prospect St., Trenton, NJ. (Get Map from Mapquest) Pre-registration is required for all courses.
