EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN (EMT)

Registration Fee - Fees are due upon registration. The cost of this course is $550 per person, and includes both text and workbook. Students must supply their own stethoscope, B/P cuff and penlight. Students are also required to possess a current CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider or ARC Professional Rescuer CPR), prior to the first day of the course. There is no charge to eligible members of volunteer first aid squads with the submission of a properly completed EMT Training Fund Certificate of Eligibility form. If it is necessary to cancel your registration, substitutes will be accepted at any time prior to the start of the course. Student's registering with the Training Fund Certificate of Eligibility form will be responsible for full payment if the above cancellation policy is not followed.

Refunds / Cancellations - Registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received prior to 14 days before the first day of the course. No refunds will be applicable to any cancellations received less than 14 days before the course or for no-shows. Substitutions will be accepted at any time prior to the start of the course. Those who do not attend & have
registered will also be responsible for full payment. Employees must
submit a 50% refundable deposit with attendance at the class.
